When you pay your subs online, the transaction is fully secured and managed by our payment provider Stripe. This is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

Disclosure of Personal Data 

Any information that you provide to the Loreto Hockey Club is not made available to any third party except for the purposes outlined in this policy and is used by us for the purposes specified when it was collected.

Information that you share with us will be stored and managed by us with the greatest care and security. We never share (rent, sell, or exchange) personal data with third parties for the purposes of allowing them to market products and services to you, notwithstanding the provisions stipulated in this document.

In all cases we endeavour not to hold your personal data longer than is absolutely necessary. We permanently delete and or destroy this when the retention period, listed throughout this policy, has ended.

The Loreto Hockey Club tries to be as open as it can be in terms of giving people access to their personal information. Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access request’. If we do hold information about you we will: give you a description of the data; tell you why we are holding it; tell you who it could be disclosed to; and give you a copy of the information.

To make a request for any personal information, please email loretohockeyclub@gmail.com with GDPR in the subject line and list the categories of personal data you would like to access. We will reply to your request within 30 calendar days.
