Hi Everyone,
Christmas is beginning to get close, but luckily for our players out training in the evenings the cold weather has yet to set in. Let’s hope it stays that way! And this week some elves put up the Christmas tree in the clubhouse – pop down and have a look!
We’ve seen some great hockey over the past couple of months across our Senior and Junior sections – well done to all teams…. and keep up the hard work and commitment – it will pay off!
I am really looking forward to seeing everyone at our Christmas Party in the Glenside Saturday6th December at 8pm. This year 1sts, 4ths, and 6ths are hosting the Christmas party and I’ve been reliably informed that they have quite a few tricks and games up their sleeves! We are also having mulled wine and mince pies in the clubhouse on Saturday 13th December from 2pm-4pm. Family, friends and loved ones are welcome so do pop in and say hi and celebrate the festive season with us.
Following on from our very successful Christmas makeover project last year, Bronnie has put together not one, but two Christmas charity projects this year. We’re doing things slightly differently in that the projects will take place over two Sundays in January. More details are below. Please give a couple of hours of your time to one (or two!) of the worthy causes, and bring along family, friends, significant others, neighbours etc. Let’s all get behind this and show what Loreto hockey club can do when we work together!
