Loreto Hockey Club Golf Society Annual Outing Reminder

Our golf society outing is coming up in June and this year with Loreto golfers competing for the trophy for the 12th time!

The details are as follows:

Date: Saturday, 19 June 2010

Venue: Naas Golf Club

Timesheet: 9.00 am to 10.30 am

Fee: Approximately €45

Format: 18 Holes Singles stableford

Bookings

Space on the timesheet is limited to 36.   Bookings are expected to be heavy so if you wish to play, please contact me as soon as possible to avoid disappointment (all contact details are attached).  You should state your handicap when responding and indicate if you want to play with anyone in particular.  If you know of any members wishing to play but not on email, please let them know the details and ask them to contact me.  Kindly note that initially the timesheet is open to Loreto members (any category), coaches, managers and close associates.  If the timesheet is not full by end of day Thursday, June 10, it will be open to any friends wishing to play.

Prizes

Loreto members will compete for the Lillis Cup won last year by Laura Fitzgerald.  All donations of prizes will be gratefully accepted – nothing too fancy required.

Handicaps

Players without an official handicap will be given one by the organizing committee.

Food

Food will be available and players can order as they come in off the course.

Timesheet

Timesheet will be circulated in the week before the outing.

Payment

Please pay on the day. Cheques should be made payable to Naas Golf Club.
