Hello everyone,
It is great to see the brighter evenings and mornings despite the miserable weather!! The good news is that we are on the countdown to the much awaited and anticipated trip to Europe! Well done to our thirds and fifths who have recently reached the Semi finals of their respective cups.
Hard luck to the firsts last weekend on their disappointing and unlucky loss to Pembroke in the ISC and also to the seconds who had the same fate against Hermes in the Irish Junior Cup.
Well done to the vets who seem to be on a winning streak and thanks to Hilly for all her organising and by all accounts her persuasive skills in fielding a team!!
Thanks to Bronnie and her team who are organising a race night on Saturday 22nd March in the Glenside Pub. It promises to be a super night and an opportunity to have some fun while at the same time raising some funds for our firsts trip! I look forward to seeing you all there. Here’s to plenty of more great hockey!
