Firstly congratulations to the men on completing Round 1 of their Irish Hockey League and the women on completing their 3rd Round of the ESB Irish Hockey League

Some interesting information / stats from the first round of the Men’s and third of the Women’s!

Cork Harlequins:               Last minute Transfer to Garryduff due to flooding…
Three Rock Rovers:           Christmas Party; Cross bar challenge half time; Christmas tree all lit up; bar open
Banbridge:                       Music; great crowd
Annadale:                       Great crowd; tea / coffee for all prior to match; santa entered ground at half time; prizes; music played during breaks in match; tea, food, coffee for all after the game.

WOMEN (home team only)
Loreto:                            Half time entertainment,music; tea/coffee / lucy the lion /face painting
UCC:                               UCC lost their grounds / facilities to recent flooding but note from the TO “UCC are making the best of a very bad situation as they lost all their facilities in the recent floods. They did very well to compete to a high level in appalling conditions.”
Old Alex:                         Balloons around facilities; tea / coffee stand; music; Old Alex Mascot
Ards:                              U14 match provided entertainment! Mulled wine and mince pies were available
Cork Harlequins:                 Last minute Transfer to Garryduff due to flooding…
